Testimonial Match Aberdeen FC vs Manchester United Saturday 12th July 2008   The worlds most prominent football club visits Pittodrie stadium on Saturday 12th July to take on the Dons in a pre season friendly. Manchester United will bring a very strong team to pay tribute to the Gothenburg Greats.

This will be the flagship event of the 25 year celebrations and will provide Dons fans and neutrals the opportunity of seeing live some of the biggest and most popular names in World football. The game which is scheduled to kick off at 3pm is sure to be a "sell out".

Tickets for the game are not yet on sale and Aberdeen Football Club will be making an announcement shortly about all issues in connection with the match. Please keep your eyes fixed firmly on the Gothenburg Greats web site for further information about the game."
